Grindstone was engaged to create a visual campaign and a set of compelling videos for Barwon Health as part of their recent Allied Health recruitment campaign. After conceptualising an engaging tagline – ‘Have it All’ – that nods to ‘Allied Health’, and visual assets that could be used across online platforms, we were tasked with creating three videos that align with and promote roles advertised in the Allied Health department.

Despite being up against tight timelines, less than ideal weather, strict COVID mask guidelines, and various other potential hindering factors, Grindstone drew on years of experience in video production and created a set of exceptional videos that encapsulate the not just the benefits of working in Allied Health at Barwon Health, but the countless reasons why Geelong is a great place to live and work.


Grindstone highlighted the advantages of working for a leading healthcare provider in Geelong and the exciting lifestyle that’s on offer for potential workers, with the ultimate goal of the campaign being to demonstrate the ‘all-round’ benefits.

This is symbolised in the campaign by a circle that’s intertwined across the digital assets and the videos. The circle encases the ‘Have it All’ tagline. During video production, we exhibited a camera motion encircling the Barwon Health employees which then transitioned to scenes tracing Geelong’s circular waterfront esplanade and Ferris wheel, linking back to the ‘all-round’ concept in a more literal and visualised way.


Grindstone’s approach of unveiling the ‘all-round’ benefits that Barwon Health can offer prospective employees meant that we delivered a cohesive, informative and beautiful campaign with visual assets and videos that drew interest from an Australia-wide, and even international, audience.
