With significant change taking place within the ACCC, the time was right to support the new vision for organisational change by aligning the brand with the ACCC’s vision, values and strategic priorities.

A brand review and refresh has enabled the ACCC to write a new chapter in its brand story and ensure positive brand perceptions are maintained, and indeed expanded.


To address the shifting media landscape, an effective brand framework provides the brand story and messaging pillars that are essential to engaging effectively on digital channels.

A reconfigured and flexible brand system and visual identity for the ACCC serves to enhance awareness of the organisation’s vision and purpose and creates meaningful connections with its diverse range of audiences, both internal and external.


Our collaborative approach and branding insight delivered a refreshed and refined brand that included a creative new approach to campaign communications and social media. A full suite of brand assets was also delivered with a robust set of guidelines ensuring consistent application of the primary and additional sub-brands.

Digital and interactive guidelines were also developed for use by the ACCC’s in-house digital team in the development of a new website and digital applications.
